UPH certifies every NFT as the authentic UPH NFT of each particular work of art, collectable or other NFT asset provided by UPH. These NFT’s are protected by the HELO and Ethereum blockchains and UPH guarantees secure transfer of all purchased NFT or physical work according to the terms of each sale. A certified UPH NFT through the PRISMNFTS Marketplace also becomes an indisputable, and registered (on the Ethereum blockchain) “Title of Ownership” to each physical asset attached when the physical work is accompanied by a corresponding NFT.

UPH is NOT a certified art authenticator nor do we authenticate clients works provided to UPH for minting or sale through our websites or through PrismNFTS Marketplace. UPH screens our Clients thoroughly and requires vigorous validation of owners claims of authenticity, provenance and legal ownership. Purchase of physical assets through UPH or https://prismnfts.com/user/@uph are “as-is” and it is the responsibility of the Buyer and Owner to determine value and authenticity. UPH provides all the information available by Owner, of each physical asset, but shall remain held harmless should this information be misleading, inaccurate or incomplete.
