UPH will mint and produce 10,000 unique NFT's of original script pages. Each NFT is signed by the writer. Each NFT purchased will be issued under Smart Contract as producer ownership in the Film. Those purchasing 100 or more NFT's will be referenced in the credits of the film as Executive Producer. The film will not go into production until all of the NFT's are purchased. Should UPH not sell all NFT's within 24 Months of minting, all NFT's will be automatically "bought back" by UPH at original purchase price; less fees. Should you resell, incumber or trade your purchased NFT, this buy-back will be null and void.
